J45 Front Hatch Bezel

Custom bow hatch modification for a J/45. The primary objective was to replace the standard hatch surround—which featured an integrated screen and blackout shade—with a smooth, low-profile bezel designed to eliminate snag points during kite hoists and drops.

By leveraging 3D scanning to create a custom 3D-printed part, the design and manufacturing were completed remotely with guaranteed precise fitment.

TP52 Meanie Bowsprit Upgrade

Latest project for the TP52 Meanie out of the bay area. A new boat for the team they are trying to get everything up to speed and to their liking. Our part of the project was to help clean up the sprit on the boat. The goal was to re use the existing carbon strut and replace only needed hardware. Supplied to the boat was a new sprit OBE fitting, a rod bobstay with turnbuckle and evaluation of adding a sholder to the sprit strut.

During this project we heavily utilized 3D printing to confirm fitment before manufacturing the final parts.
