TP52 Bulb and Keel Profile Optimization

Completed a comprehensive hydrodynamic overhaul for a prominent East Coast TP52 program. Utilizing transient Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), we re-evaluated the existing bulb geometry to minimize induced drag during high-angle leeway conditions. The newly machined profile yielded a calculated 1.8% reduction in total underwater resistance, translating to immediate speed-to-target improvements during early season testing.

TP52 Meanie Bowsprit Upgrade

Latest project for the TP52 Meanie out of the bay area. A new boat for the team they are trying to get everything up to speed and to their liking. Our part of the project was to help clean up the sprit on the boat. The goal was to re use the existing carbon strut and replace only needed hardware. Supplied to the boat was a new sprit OBE fitting, a rod bobstay with turnbuckle and evaluation of adding a sholder to the strut.
